We have been able to break in the new weight room the last couple of weeks! 💪 With the growing number of lifters, it is great to have a facility that can accommodate the number of participants! Special thank you to all that have donated to the new weight room! We have had some questions regarding the work that has been going on North of the school. Here is a little bit of information and a rough draft image of what we plan on doing over there. First what will be done is some dirt work. We are trucking in donated black dirt to help build up the area, and to regrade it so it is not as prone to flooding and sitting water. Then we will be constructing the following: - 200 M crushed asphalt track, with a 100 M straight-away for sprinters and hurdlers. - New Long Jump Pit - 2 New Shot Put Rings with a diamond dust land area - New Discus Ring - Extended Playground Equipment area We are excited to provide our students with an improved track and field facility and extended playground! Not only that, but we are excited to offer the public access to a place to walk!
