Grades 6-8 will be taking a Youth Tobacco Survey on Oct. 26th during 6th period Study Hall. South Dakota has identified tobacco and vape use to be a problem among our students. The survey information will be used to develop programs to prevent tobacco and vape use. The survey is anonymous and no names will be reported. The survey is adaptive, which means how students answer the questions will determine what questions they are asked. All students in grades 6-8 will participate unless a parent opts them out by filling out the attached form. If you choose to opt your student out, please return the attached form to Mrs. Frandsen no later than Monday, Oct. 23rd.
